Bright Vision's software products, platforms and digital services, such as Budnivo and any future products, are governed by their own product-specific Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, presented upon account registration or access. Those product terms, not these Website Terms, apply to your use of each product.

Custom services we provide to clients, such as software or website development and business analytics, are governed by a separate written agreement or order form. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement takes precedence.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, videos, design and layout, and the Bright Vision name, logos and product names and marks (such as Budnivo), are owned by or licensed to Bright Vision Business Solution Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
